EMERGENCY CALL 112

If an active attack occurs, if people are bitten or injured, or if the dogs are out of control and pose an immediate danger, it is considered an emergency, and the procedure is as follows:

call 112;

during the call, communicate the location as precisely as possible, the approximate number of dogs, whether there are victims, and whether the dogs have an identifiable owner;

depending on the situation, the obligation to intervene belongs to the police, gendarmerie, and SMURD, if there are victims.

In addition to calling emergency number 112, you must:

go to a medical facility for prophylactic treatment;

request the issuance of a medico-legal certificate;

file a criminal complaint if the injury is relevant.
